Small rooms but good overall, they are clean, everything works fine, the staff is very friendly, the street is not very nice, the sidewalk is invaded by the neighbor next door and full of dirt, but that's a government responsability, the location is very convenient if you are shopping for leather stuff, or if you are taking a bus, it's two blocks away from main bus station or if you're planning to take a plane there's a bus that takes you straight to the airport for less than $4 USD or $60 pesos if booked online (UNEBUS by PrimeraPlus)

The hotel was very dirty..in the middle of the night someone try to open our room..Is not safe ..the breakfast was bad the lady makes your plate and she doesn’t clean her hands..poor hotel never will stay again there🙁🙁

The staff is very attentive to your needs and very courteous. The receptionists both is the morning and at night are wonderful and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The cleaning personnel is very kind and she’s anything you need for your room she gets it right away. It is also very safe especially when they close the gate at night. This is the 2nd time I stay here and I will continue to stay here on my next visits.

Relatively near BJX
Overnight stay by the airport. Was given an uncomfortable room but a quick call to reception had me immediately moved to a much better one. Breakfast was decent.

hotel near shopping district
good hotel for an excellent price. The room was clean. Bed was rather hard. Breakfast was simple with yogurt and pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also rather loud with little insulation to block the noise.

in the heart of the city center of LEON GUANAJUATO
I stay for one night in this hotel and it was great it is located in the heart of the city center were you can shop for leather purses, sandals, wallets, boots and much more. It is a clean, gated hotel which made me feel very safe.

Buena instancia
Un check in rápido y el personal muy amable. La habitación no es muy grande sin embargo tiene todo para tener un buen descanso. Las almohadas un poco duras pero sin mayor problema. Todo el personal es muy amable, desde recepción hasta limpieza y mantenimiento. Ofrecen la opción de desayunos, botanas, cafe y hasta sopa (lo que se agrade porque fuera del hotel no hay tiendas ni nada)... Buena experiencia en general!
