You will be enchanted by the location, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, the Grande Plage at 150m, the fishing port recently transformed into a marina and the restaurants are located at 50m, the shops, pedestrian streets and the Central Halls at 300m.

A fuir en haute saison si vous souhaitez dormir au calme
La maison est située en plein centre-ville avec les commerces et les halles des sables d'olonne à proximité, pile entre les restaurants et bars du port et le Remblais. L'inconvénient de cela est que les soirées sont animées et jusqu'à 2h du matin le week-end vous pourrez subir les nuisances des personnes fréquentant le bar bondé le Bronx juste à moins de 100 m du logement. L'autre point négatif et pour lequel nous aurions aimé en être informés est que les murs de crépis s'effritent. On a passé l'aspirateur et le balai tous les jours. Le pire est au niveau de la suite parentale au 1er étage, nous avons dû décaler le lit afin que la poussière de crépis ne tombe plus sur nos oreillers !!!

une maison agréable
La maison est joliment rénovée et bien équipée. Quelques bémols cependant : le sol en plexiglas dans les couloirs sont effrayants même si ils doivent être résistants ; la gestion par une conciergerie donne l'impression d'être dans un appart'hotel plutôt que dans une location entre particuliers : il manque de côté chaleureux qu'on trouve en général sur abritel. La maison est oriente au nord dans une rue étroite. Ca doit être agréable l'été, c'est un peu sombre les jours de pluie en février. Mais cet emplacement fait aussi le charme de la maison... Au global, nous avons passé une agréable séjour dans cette jolie petite maison de ville, entre plage et port !
