The hotel hasn’t been updated since the 70s. Everything is outdated and nothing works including the toilet, drains and TVs. The carpets are filthy and asking to get new towels and sheets fell on deaf ears. Horrible experience for what we paid to stay here. Would not ever recommend or stay here again.

Not the best.
It was okay the hotel didn’t seem super clean our toilet paper holder has empty. And most rooms have no window access they have built a wall in front of the windows and does that open to the outside. The breakfast was okay but with a fairly full hotel they only had a few loaves of breast for everyone and some people were left will not much food.

Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lethbridge, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was charged an unbelievable $2,800 for a stay that was only supposed to cost $820, and they put six separate transactions on my card. Resolving this has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming. The room was filthy and had an overpowering stench, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. When I approached the staff to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful responses, and it felt like they didn’t care about providing basic service, let alone fixing the billing mistake. This experience has left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. For anyone considering this hotel, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a clean, comfortable room and honest service.

I did not feel safe or secure. My mom is senior and I needed “accessible” access, so was sent outside to the back end which was very dark. No access to hot tub without getting back into vehicle to main entrance. Not impressed with the disregard for my mom safety…….

The location was why we booked this hotel however it is very outdated. A few updates have been made however rooms are small and so is the shower. Very stuffy as I here was no window to the outside.
