This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok). There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Super hôtel
Très bien. Hôtel se trouve en plein centre du village. Personne agréable. Piscine chauffée et sauna sont un plus. Le petit déjeuner est super et à tous les gouts. On recommande vivement.

Très bon accueil ( téléphone et arrivée). La suite était très confortable et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme, pas de bruit. Le petit déjeuner était excellent ( beaucoup de choix). La piscine mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement. Carte avec rabais ( bains, minigolf, bus) lors du séjour. Bien situé.

Sehr schönes Hotel. In der Innenausstattung hat man sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Das Personal wirkt gestresst. Empfangsdame erklärt mir etwas, eine andere Angestellte fällt ihr ins Wort. Ohne mich zu begrüssen oder sich vorzustellen. Endliches Szenario beim Check-Out.

Schöner Kurzurlaub über Ostern.
Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, stellte und zwei Zimmer zur Auswahl, Kinderbett wurde ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Zimmer eher klein, Frühstück reichhaltig, geniessbar, aber teilweise über Ablaufdatum. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kommt innert 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu beiden Bädern, Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten. Beim Hotel direkt hat es nur einen Ein-/Ausladeparkplatz.
