The 3rd party booking sites overbooked the hotel so we were unable to have the double queen we booked. AC wasn't working in our room. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel said it is a non smoking facility but it smells. Our room and 4th floor smells like at some point it was. I can tell they are trying to update some aspects of the place. It needs more. Staff was friendly.

The air conditioner was so loud it kept you awake, and the bed was was hard it was uncomfortable and I like a firm mattress but this was to firm. The staff was all very nice.

The room was filthy, un vaccumed, and tge AC was broken. The hot tub had not been cleaned in montgs as tge seats had an inch of sediment in them, and the jets didnt work. There was a bird WING floating in the pool and there were 2" roaches baking in the heat all over the poolside.
