The property needs some TLC. Not horrible but just needs work. Hot water was a hit or miss, gym equipment broken and no AC just an open window. Staff very courteous but these are not problems they can fix without investment.

Breakfast absolutely terrible. I’m from New Zealand & can’t believe what you are eating in this country, it’s like plastic food! Come to NZ & experience real food, natural, wholesome. Also your throw away plates, cutlery etc appauls me. Almost to the point I can’t face breakfast in the morning ! Also would really appreciate a hair dryer in the rooms

Do not stay here. It was a dump. There was even a hole with wires hanging out with paper towels or toilet paper shoved in there. Not acceptable. Room number 417. Luckily, I only had to stay there one night and just to sleep. Also, the breakfast offered was terrible.

My wife almost decided to lose our non cancellable for this one. Sheets grey and worn. Pool ring of dirt around the top. Some basic cleaning and maintenance just not kept up.
