Very clean, very close to rip arena to attend an event. Dislike the parking and how it’s across the road and you have to park a distance away in the parking area and then walk across the road to the hotel.

We were going to I’m basketball game and growing up in ky staying here was a big deal. Our first room had roaches and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. They moved us no problem but the next room had no water pressure so it was almost impossible to shower. Just expected more from Hyatt.

If you are going to a UK game this is the only place to stay! No matter the weather you will arrive in great shape. Parking is reasonable for an overnight stay. The staff was all very friendly. The views are nice. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.
