What a neglecting service.
Booked one night stay at this hotel. Forstly went to another branch using the same name but the staff there said to go further in the alley to find one I’ve booked. It was raining and we couldnt find it as the hotel was situated in small alley. I went back and ask the staff again to lead me there. No one was willing to do so. We were glad at first as the staff seemed so nice and recommendatory. We were asked to visit the tea shop and everything changed since we turned down the request. Please “Never ask for help from anyone here”. We asked for the chartered ride to Yading, staff said we couldnt go as the roads were closed. We asked for the help to moved our luggage to the entrance of the old town, they charged the price and never come to help (but at first they said they could help, just we ask). Last but not least I asked for the toilet after check-out they refused and told me to use the public one outside. Please re-consider if you will stay here. Yet I rated it average as we got room upgrading but never again.
