Small room for double queen, very small bathroom, only 1 bar of soap for 3 people, no coffee maker in room, this is the 1st hotel we've stayed at in 10 years that didn't have one, went down to breakfast and no milk or regular coffee, just decaffeinated, that was at 9 am. Light was out in bathroom, so only light was over the sink and bathroom was very small. TV was on top of closet so awkward to watch. Air-conditioning didn't work well, so room was warmer than we wanted. We had a nonsmoker room, but the entire hotel smelled if smoke, hallway, elevator, breakfast area. This was our first and last time staying here. Choose it due to being close to Campbell since we were moving our son to school, but will now stay in Dunn, NC, as there are most choices and nicer all nonsmoker hotels.

The room was supposed to hold 5 people there was no pull out couch as advertised. We were not offered a roll away bed. The ledge above the air conditioner was not a full size bed.

The room felt damp and musty, rooms extreemly small, only one outlet, tv was on top of a wardrobe closet, fridge and microwave on a small desk. Sheets felt damp. We moved first thing in the morning.
