Great decor, clean, the penthouse was full luxury. Communcation with Juan Diego the contact person was great, he was very helpful. Though i will stay here again, it will be in the cooler months, I failed to realize there is no central air conditioning, but thats common in many areas of Lima. Make sure you have a whats app account and wifi for communication with the bulding personnel and contact person

Bad communication and beware of bogus charges
Great location and comfortably furnished. Apartment could have been cleaner. The dirty floors were a little disappointing. Most disappointing was the communication. The code to open the lockbox was not sent until I was already on my flight to Peru. With no internet access, I had to make an expensive call to finally reach someone for the code who made no apology for the inconvenience. Furthermore, upon returning home, I was emailed that I would be charged $55 for "soiled towels. They sent a photo of the turquoise towels which were NOT soiled. $55 is not a huge amount of money but it definitely was a lie and very unprofessional to bill someone especially that amount for some cheap towels. Would not recommend.

This property is in a reasonable location, easy to get taxis to and from. Very convenient local shop open 24/7. The apartment itself although great in size has and had a few issues. The bbq/ grill in the pictures had a huge whole in the bottom and was not useable , we complained and a replacement was provided but it was so small and again not useable. The guy who turned up to put it together never even had a screwdriver to do the job and consequently it was not built correctly. The apartment states it has a hot tub, we asked what chemicals it needed to be told it does not have a hot tub. Well the bath on the terrace was quite nice, hard to keep clean as no cover. Some lights on the terrace were also not fixed in position just thrown on the floor. The biggest issue was that the apartment was filthy, I don't mean a little grubby it was BLACK. You had to wear shoes at all times as your feet would be black in minutes. We complained and was told that " this is not a hotel", what this has to do with it I have no idea. Eventually they sent the same BBQ guy to clean it. To sum up, a beautiful apartment could do with sum TLC, I would not recommend if you have children as lacks health and safety of any kind.
