Upgraded room, all the usual you would expect in a hotel of this quality, coffee machine, kettle, room safe, aircon. Room was spotlessly clean. Dinner as always a treat. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a wonderful location, and we were placed in a room with a fantastic view of the river, castle and city. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Our outgoing flight was delayed 24 hours, but the staff was able to help us without any difficulties. We were very impressed with their service and hospitality.
