Is it too hard to ask "How was your stay?"

The bathroom smelled like urine and the beds were very stiff. The fitted sheets had stains and the chairs creeked. This looked like a renovated old motel tryung to make it trendy and quirky, but the amazing view was only thing good about the room. At no fault of the hotel, there was a car alarm that went off multiple times during the middle of the night that woke us up. Then in the morning I went to the front desk to see if we could do a late checkout and explained the car alarm. She extended it to 11:30am (30 minutes later than usual). Then she proceeded to say that every 30 minutes after, there will be a $20 surcharge. Who does that? Tell me there is no late checkout would have been better than nickle-diming me. Then we decided to check out early due to just frustration and uncomfortableness of the bed. There was an older lady with short blonde hair at the front desk. She didnt even ask how our stay was. We will never come back here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are relatively nice with a nice view. They ran out of parking one of the nights we were there. The main reason I can't say my stay was great though is the paper thing walls. My neighbors were having a good time, but they weren't being ridiculous with the noise and the walls were so thin it felt like they were in my room with me.

I took my mom and daughter to this hotel for the first time and booked the deluxe suite with fireplace and ocean view and was absolutely impressed with the look and feel of the entire room and location. I loved the room, the kind staff. I had the most amazing sleep in a very comfortable bed and enjoyed the fireplace and the stunning views! The breakfast set up was also very good with a great selection and space to relax and eat. I wish I could have used the outside patio area because it was absolutely adorable it was just too cold this time of year to take advantage of it. The room felt very cozy and beachy and I loved the set up. I wish I could have stayed another night but I will come back as soon as I can. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and I think them for giving my very important family trip and amazing memory and experience.

An amazing view and steps to the Pacific! Very clean, friendly, and plenty to do. The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna area. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh berries! Rooms were identical to the photos on Expedia and everything was as hoped for. Highly recommend this property for a stay!

This was the first time my family and I stayed here. Amazing customer service! I was greeted warmly immediately. When we got into our room, we had a courtesy call asking how we are doing! I’ve never had that before! The room was clean, beautiful view! We had a patio. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, everything was delicious! My children loved the pool! Clean and warm! We are definitely returning!

Great location and view.

It would be nice to have an extra hour in the morning this one day of the year where we lose an hour of sleep. It would be amazing customer hotel experience if they let everyone know we could have an extra hour to adjust to daylights savings time. It’s only once a year and that would be a thoughtful consideration. Just food for thought. Pool and Jacuizzi are a little small. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay.
