This hotel is downtown and I didn’t realize that when I booked the room as it says Haymarket. So those of you who do not know Haymarket means downtown the parking was a nightmare and a very tight squeeze definitely not SUV friendly. We drove all day and once we arrived discovered that parking was impossible because there was something going on downtown that I didn’t know about. They have designated parking garage for the people at the graduate, but it’s also open to anybody else which makes the parking a nightmare. Dan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. and allowed me to park in the loading zone although I had to move my car before 7 AM so at 2:30 AM when I woke up and saw that there was space is available. I moved my car and unfortunately had to also wake up my granddaughter so she could go with me. This hotel would probably be great if you didn’t have a car and plan to only stay and visit places. The bed was comfy the bathroom and rumor clean and damn put us on the 16th floor, which is the very top and my granddaughter loved the view. Maybe if I fly in I will try this location again, but I will not try again if Idrive again. I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast as we had to leave early to make it to the Omaha zoo on time which was also fantastic but exhausting. Make sure you have good walking shoes.
