Our room was disgusting. To start with the bed spread was dirty, food in the grates of the a/c unit, and the bed sheets had a yellow stain on them!

Decent—not great
It was decent but stains on both of the comforters (I do NOT want to know what they were—blood maybe poop?) the lamp shades, and on the walls. The air conditioner did not blow cold air so luckily it wasn’t too warm and an overall musty smell. I did ask for an early check in and they did oblige by allowing us in an hour early, so that was nice.

Think twice about booking here.
Was a last minute booking. Of course the room price was at a premium if $300. They shouldn't be allowed to charge for than $50 for a room like this. Filthy windows, walls coming apart, toilet seat leaning against the wall, broken phone cord and room smelled of smoke.

Keys failed 4 of 6 days. Killed TV feed 3.5 hrs before checkout. Esrly AM disturbance s rohht out front were ignored. Morning coffee was dreadful.

The smoke detector in our room was disconnected. The sprinkler had tape on it. The safety bar in the bathroom next to toilet was screwed into plaster so not useable. And the whole place smelled bad. Stunk. And they kept spraying room freshener around which made it worse.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is always a nice time. Our son enjoys the pool. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast and is an easy location for where we go while in Lincoln

It wasn't well landscape around the property and the rooms toilet wasn't working properly and there wasn't a fire alarm in the room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The price was good though. You get what you pay for.

We approached the check-in desk and my daughter came back from using the restroom and she said there was staining on the toilet and it was very dirty and obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The parking lot had a bunch of pop holes and landscape was not cared for, both my daughter and I felt very unsafe . So we chose not to stay there and booked a different hotel. I called the booking company that we booked through per the hotel, clerks suggestion, and they were not able to cancel the booking and the clerk refused to cancel the booking even after he told me to call them. He also lied about talking to us and about me asking him to canceling the reservation. Do not stay here! It is a slum. I was definitely catfished by the description and pictures.
