No reservation for prepaid room
The hotel was fantastic however despite I prepaid for my room, hotels.com canceled my reservation according to the hotel. They were sold out and no record of my room. I supplied my receipt and information so they honored it however it was awful to have prepaid and have no reservation available. There was a lot of confusion when we arrived.

Overall its a nice place and we were comfortable. The service in the roof top bar wasn't so good. I understand they were busy, but we never did get our food. Then we were told we couldn't order any more drinks because they were too busy. I also EXPECTED FREE coffee in the mornings. Having to buy and WAIT forever for a simple cup of coffee is unacceptable to me. I understand its a business, but no COFFEE unless you buy it, is ridiculous. We only stayed there because of other family there. This is our 2nd time staying in Lincoln and we will be staying at the other place next time.which also has a full free breakfast We also don't like not having access to our car. It worked out and valet did a good job but we don't like that.

Very nice establishment. Friendly service. Slight “sewer” type smell would randomly cross my nose when walking throughout the hotel & in my room but otherwise it was a great experience & I would stay there again.

Convenient walk to the Bob Devaney sports center. Restaurant/bar/coffee shop. The stay was wonderful, however wasn't expecting a parking fee....we're already paying for a room and enjoying coffe, drinks there etc which we pay for. Seems if a parking fee is needed maybe $10 would be plenty.

This is a great hotel. One caveat, they tried charging me for parking in a lot that wasn't their lot ... it was the universities lot. The sign clearly said no permit required when I was there.

Whether at check in or at the bar... The staff literally couldn't have been less attentive! Thankfully an AWESOME bartender showed up around 4 and made the evening enjoyable... The obvious Employee of the Year, the rest probably should reconsider their careers in hospitality!

We were there for a late Husker game on a Friday night and the the ran late and it was disappointing that the rooftop bar closed around midnight . The game wasn’t over till after 10’pm and by the time we got out of stadium and then back ( had to walk) shuttle was ??? ) Then got up to bar and they had find last call . Wish they would’ve stayed open a bit later
