I would come back
Place was good. The kitchen could use better/ more kitchen equipment to make dinner with. Pool area was good several pools and hot tubs. One thing that was annoying was check out was at 10 and you were expected to strip the beds and bag up all the laundry and take out the trash and do dishes Felt like a lot of work for such an early check out

Property overall is great and staff is very nice. Pool hours and gym hours are the same. Though hours aren’t unreasonable, access to the gym should have more flexible hours. Hours were 9:30 am to 8 pm. Not necessarily good for the early birds that my family is. Would still return for the convenience of the kitchenette!

The beds weren’t comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was a little too high. And that we had to strip the bed and put it in a lining bag and had to so the same for the towels and take the trash out to the dumpster.

The overall was good. The check in process was horrible. The website said the desk would be open till 9, we got there at 755 annd the desk was closed. They literally keep your keys in an unlocked box. Anyone could have takin the kets and all of our info. Also the bedsheets hadnt been changed because their was hair and what looked to be blood on the blankets/ sheets. No one to contact to change them.

Our second time staying at this property. We plan our dinners ahead of time and make full use of the kitchenette and grills to keep us well fed between hiking, swimming, etc. Kids love the playground, pool, and arcade.

Great area.. close to everything. Restaurants, ice cream gas grocery, white mountains Franconia notch. Great views from room, pools hot tubs to use, playground and arcade.
