The floor was filthy, the room and surrounding areas had a bad odor which may be due to the amount of cats on the grounds. For the area the hotel appeared to be safe. We ordered dinner, but we couldn’t eat it because the taste was off.

It was nice and clean. I don't recall seeing it in the listing, but they do offer a laundry services which is pretty cheap. The staff is very nice and do a good job.

Very accommodating hotel staff.
Hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Location is just beside SM mall so it's easy to locate. Not much to say since we only rented the room to spend the night.

Great location Our mission team of four loved the location of this hotel. It's right smack next to a mall, which we frequented often. One thing we really needed was a toilet paper holder located up on the far wall from the shower up by the window. That would've been very helpful. Another need is a small trashcan in the main sleeping room.

Room had a musty-mildew smell...maybe caused by sheets probaby not completely dried before putting sheets on bed. Otherwise, for the price, no other complaints.
