Very fun ambiance and clean, historic looking rooms. Location is also awesome with lots of fun bars and restaurants around. Comfortable beds and large rooms, we also had an awesome view from ours with large floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. Lost a star because there is no soundproofing between rooms, we could hear guests in other rooms and people walking in the hallway. We could also see light from the hallway through the door, which wouldn’t normally be an huge problem but it was on some kind of motion sensor that kept getting activated so it would come on and off every 2 minutes. Included breakfast was also pretty mediocre, but not a big deal to us.

Thank you so much for the lovely stay! The only downside was there was significant construction outside the window, and there needed to be a bit more ventilation in the toilet rooms. The breakfast that was included as delicious and the staff was so friendly. I’d recommend this central location for a quick stay in Lisbon!

Absolutely gorgeous rooms. Staff is super helpful with recommendations (helped us adjust our travel plans around the train strikes and gave great restaurant recommendations). This location was perfect for us; far enough to enjoy nights away from the noise of downtown Lisbon but close enough for almost everything to be walkable (roughly 1 mile away from downtown).

Beautiful Historic Rooms with air conditioning. Great water pressure. Average continental breakfast and the rooms need some touch ups, loose towel rails, soap tray in shower broken, safe not big enough for an iPad. The staff are fantastic and the location is definitely the best. Book dinner at “lost in” on the terrace for the view.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and modes of public transportation. The location was perfect. When we travel back to Lisbon we will absolutely be staying here again.

The advertising for this hotel is very deceiving. The only positive is that it’s a place to sleep and shower and it’s pretty centrally located. Other than that, I don’t see many positives. The room was just a room with a shower and bed. When we requested a larger room, they were fully booked. We asked for extra pillows as the pillows are very flat and we were told they had no more extra pillows. The shower- every time you open or close the door it had an unruly screeching sound that literally made friends and family on FaceTime jump and ask what that sound was. Our used cups were never replaced the next day. The towels were small. And we never had a chance to have breakfast because it doesn’t begin until 8am and most days we were out before, but to be honest I don’t think we missed much, as we were allowed to keep our drinks in the kitchen fridge (there is no mini fridge in the rooms) and the food did not seem like anything I’d want to have. Overall, it was a place to rest our heads but that’s about it.

This property is a bit deceptive as it’s just a nice room nothing else… simple and honest bkfast, fruit juice, melon, tea and coffee, no hot food. The room is spacious but a bit noisy when others guests arrive late at night, or the staff comes to prepare bkfast. The shutters don’t keep the room dark enough for a good night sleep. A bit pricey for very little offered. The internet connection is very bad, had to use roaming during my whole 3 nights stay in order to work.
