We spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. The hotel offered a free city walking tour which was run by Joana Melo, the Guest Service Manager. She was so informative and friendly and we thought this was certainly the best city tour we have had. Joana was also helpful in advising us on the key spots to see in the city. What was unusual was that the hotel offered lots of free add ons such as free ice cream, refreshments and snacks in the reception area. It was clear to us the hotel staff went out of their way to please the customers. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff so efficient. We were checked in by a Diana the front desk receptionist who was so helpful. My wife and I travel extensively and we rarely write reviews but on this occasions we felt compelled after experiencing the excellent service we received. I look forward to visiting Lisbon again and booking this hotel again. The location is so central to the main sites, and near the metro and train station, which was convent for our Sintra excursion.

Sehr schönes Hotel an top Lage. Grosses Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. ÖV, Einkaufen alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn in Lissabon, dann wieder in diesem Hotel.
