Reasonably priced, clean, modern and comfy hotel. Beds were excellent, bathroom and room very comfortable. Hotel desk reception staff were so amazingly helpful with recommendations for dining, how to use the metro, and more. Breakfast was included and very good and fresh. We were very happy with our stay.

Liked our location away from the noisy narrow streets of old town but convenient to all locations by Uber. Near a very well stocked grocery shop. Near Gulbenkian center. Very sumptuous breakfast included with our room.

This hotel is the definition of “meh”. The location is nowhere near the centre but close to the subway and the airport. The staff were fine but didn’t go out of their way in any way. The room is as basic as they come without any extra amenities. All in all it was a fine place to stay for two short nights (the last of which I had to leave at 4am to catch a flight) but it was well overpriced for what’s on offer.

There is absolutely no room for unpacking. We stayed 7nights and had to live out of our suitcases. Also, unfortunately we had no wifi for our first 4 days. Very inconvenient and unusual situation.

We had no internet for 3 out of 4 days. They were unhelpful when I requested a room discount or even just updates on status for internet. They told me to contact Expedia. Funny since Expedia has nothing to do with their internet. When we asked how to retrieve a message on our room phone they said they didn’t know. Location wasn’t convenient.
