We felt very welcomed at this hotel. Service was excellent. My parents really enjoyed staying here and so did myself and my partners. Everyone was very attentive. We were by very touristy area but it was convenient. The only thing that will be great to have is options for streaming or broadcasting app on the TV.

Located very centrally but the room was quiet and peaceful. The welcome on arrival was the best ever. So pleasant and professional. The hotel is fairly small with limited communal strada but nicely appointed and with a good breakfast. I’d definitely go back.

Staff not trained well for 4 stars hotel. Management not cooperating as 4 stars. You charged me for a night that i spent overnight on a plane due a mistake in reservations. They didnt not want to help in that regard and refund my room or half off for a night i wasnt even in lisboa. Manager simply said. Its policy! Very bad customer service relations. I wouldnt recommend you to friends and family.
