Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite nice, and even though we had a shared bathroom, it was always empty when we used it. The bed was comfy and there were robes for us. There was a fan in our room (but no AC), and it was enough for us. The street was pretty quiet, so we had a good night of sleep. Definitely recommend it if you are on a budget.

I had no idea when I chose this place that it was an apartment in a different location than reception. Once I opened the door I was amazed at the stylish suite, all furnishings and inclusions (kitchenette, iron & board, Tv area with Netflix. Very spacious.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to many great sights, located close to tram station and walkable from metro too. Walking distance to a lively bar street, great night scene.

Nice hotel, in a good position, helpful reception staff, and very good standard of room cleaning. Breakfast also good. You get some noise from a barking dog in the room I had. The room was very hot with no Aircon and the fan was not very effective.

Was here for 3 nights and had a great stay!! Was initially concerned about the outside noise at night but was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was conveniently tucked away from all the noise on the main streets with all the nightlife. Everything is still super close and within a very short walking distance (5mins or less) though you have to deal with some hills here and there depending on where you want to go. Would not recommend if you are older and require assistance walking due to hills and small sidewalks. My wife and I (26 & 27) had no issues getting around and walking places. Lots of convenient shops, restaurants and bars all around in walkable distances. The first morning we woke up at the tail end of breakfast as we were jet lagged and the staff was nice enough to make us some fresh eggs since most of the food had been taken! Would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon !

Convenient location to core of Lisbon/tourist attractions! Staff was very friendly and provided clear instructions on how to enter the accommodations! Could be slightly loud if on first floor as can hear outside streets however the room was very large with two TV, kitchen, all kitchenware and would definitely recommend!

Simply can’t go wrong with this property for the price and location it was fantastic. We opted for the private bathroom room and it was great. Only negative there was that there is no AC but they did have a big fan.
