This hotel is in very bad shape. Way better, newer and cheaper options for Lisbon. Elevator was broken the whole time while we stayed on the top floor, dirty towels in room, umbrellas broken no desire to refund or compensate for inconveniences yet prices were high. Try Locke St Joana that was a marvelous stay!!!

We arrived a lot earlier and the staff held our luggage while we explored the city. Check is in at 4PM but they texted me around 1PM that the room was ready. They were so nice to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff gave us the VIP card with discount off food in the restaurant. Breakfast was included. Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel..
