This is a beautiful hotel centrally located in the square. We were able to visit many restaurants and shops. All about tours were within walking distance to take. We did not need a car. 20 minutes from the airport and the hotel shuttled us back after stay. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the front desk people were absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Thank you for our surprise cake anniversary great service lovely staff especially Pedro Good breakfast had a view to the streets excellent Only real downside our room It was a interior view Please never ever choose this 101 a disaster!!!You open the drapes and you look at other guests sitting in a room relaxing looking into our room!!’ Can’t open the windows as so much noise from the aircon It was like a prison I hated every second not worth the money ! I had no idea as the photos on the website do not explain this situation!’ Staff tried to move us but no room Hence only get a view to the street then it’s perfect Close to all the centre stuff

The location of this hotel can't be beat. Overlooking Rua Augusta & Rossio Square. We stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip & this by far the most spacious room.

Property was in a great location..very walkabke to all attractions. Staff was very nicw, very helpful. My only complaint was breakfast..very few options and qhat options available were not good. I would stay again..i just would not chose breakfast option.

A nice little hotel right in down town Lisbon so ideal when exploring all the lovely areas around . We had a corner room on floor 3 which was very nice and a decent size . Hotel rooms in Lisbon can be a tad tight . The breakfast was decent and we found the staff very helpful. Thankyou Pedro 👍

Perfect location! Many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Walking distance to Tagus River and some of the boat tours. Two plazas virtually across the street (Praça do Rossio and Praça da Figueira) One was the meeting point for one of our day tours, and about a 20 minute walk back from the drop off point down a beautiful shady street, Av da Liberdade. We took Uber to anywhere not within walking distance, and you also have the Rossio metro stop right there. Pretty much everyone spoke English, if that’s what’s needed. Beds were comfortable. Slightly noisy at night sometimes, being above a street with bars and restaurants. We were on the fourth floor. We were there in August, it was very hot out. The hotel air conditioner was perfect, once we figured out it wasn’t turned on yet lol however, the hallways, stairs, and elevator do not have air conditioning, so it was super hot going to and from. Breakfast buffet is included. That was great, but doesn’t start until 7:30. No lobby seating area. Great place, great location! Would definitely stay there again.
