Great place to stay in Lisbon
So wonderful we stayed last week and rebooked for this week. Walking distance to the metro that takes you into the heart of the city. Highly recommend. Wonderful room. Great communication. Safe area and so wonderful.

Nice, comfortable stay
Very comfortable stay. Nice size rooms. Clean. As with most european cities, public transit is close, cheap and easy to use. Easy check in. Be aware that being close to the airport is convenient but the noise of the planes can definitely be heard.

Football trip to Lisbon
Stayed for one night while attending a football match at Sporting Lisbon. We arrived early but rooms were ready and no issue having them early. Room was big and very clean. Walking distance to football ground and great links to elsewhere in Lisbon. There is no reception but the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Would stay again.

It’s Not near the airport as advertised. There’s no reception or staff, there’s no restaurant. You have it advertised as a Hotel ! It’s not a hotel it’s just a room. I most definitely would not stay there again

This was a beautiful property with large modern rooms and décor and great huge bathroom. Easy access to the metro and train transport. The negative was that we never received any cleaning of our room for the entire 6 night stay and the only contact we had was when someone came to our room to collect the Foreigner's Borders Services (SEF) tax which we were notified of only two weeks prior to our arrival via email. We asked for an explanation of what is was since we did not pay this extra $48 Euro fee at any of the other 7 hotels we stayed at during our holidays in Portugal. The woman did not speak one word of English so we just paid it. We called the phone number we had for the hotel but no answer to our 3 calls and no reply to the messages we left. We were not impressed by the total lack of any customer service or contact with this property. Too bad because it was very nice otherwise.

Just what was needed
Easy, good location for us and very clean. Room was musty but the windows open so that was solved quickly. Nice large room and bathroom with great shower. Beds comfy.
