I enjoyed our stay, except for the rule that we could not turn the AC up, and if we opened the windows, the noise from planes was LOUD. It was too warm in the room at night, as we had to close the windows due to noises.

Very nice ground floor single room. I was not familiar with inserting the room key card into the interior card holder which activates the rooms power and lights. It needs to be fully inserted. I had not done this initially and thought the power was out.

It was a great property. Practically 4 apartments in a 2-story house. Our apartment had 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room / kitchen; the living room had a sofa in it. Looked very clean, maintained and with enclosed car parking in the front. Everything worked. The only unusual facts were that we had a note to not touch the AC and the second that it asked us to pay 4 euros a day per person in cash for the local tourism fee (had to go get cash from an ATM). We thought that would've been all covered under the Expedia ticket.

Great location for an overight if flying in and out. Safe, near metro and a nice tavern around the corner. Mini fridge and espresso maker were much appreciated!

The instructions to the location and How to enter the property were great, I had no problem, reaching the location and entering my room. The Property Manager was very nice and allowed me to enter my room two hours earlier than check-in. The room was very clean. Everything I needed for my stay. There are a few dining areas within Walking distance And a supermarket. It was a great stay for me . Thank you

This is an odd one because how you rate it depends greatly upon what you expect from a hotel. The room was clean with a large, comfortable bed and a nice, strong hot shower. The room was very cold and there was an admonition to not adjust the air conditioning so I left it alone. It made for comfortable sleep under the covers but a bit too cold otherwise. One other quibble is that there was nowhere in the shower stall to put your soap and shampoo. Not the end of the world but annoying nonetheless. The main consideration is that there is no front desk- there’s no one on site to help you out. You can call the owner and she was very helpful the one time I needed her, but luckily it was an issue that could be handled by phone. There is a code for the gate, a code for the front door to the building, and a code to open the lock box containing your room keys. Nothing you can’t handle, but I found the process off putting. The final thing has nothing to do with the hotel itself but is vitally important and that’s parking- there isn’t any. Hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to find a space less than half a mile away but don’t count on it. In fact don’t count on parking anywhere in Lisbon but that’s another story. Overall I would recommend Le Jardin; the neighborhood is okay, the room was very nice except for a couple of minor issues as mentioned, and the price was fair. If you’re usually pretty self sufficient then go for it. If you get upset when room service cuts off at 10 pm, then no.

Very clean, lovely property with on-site, secured parking, and conveniently located about 6 minutes from the airport (traffic dependent). The room was large with a good size closet and bathroom, all very clean, and soundproof. We heard people in the room next door when we walked in the hallway by but not a sound in the room. If I had to say anything that needed improvement it’s that the air conditioning made some noise and it could have been a bit cooler but not to the point that it interfered with sleep or general comfort. Self check-in was seamless thanks to the clear and specific instructions provided in advance of arrival. The neighborhood is quiet. Generally a very positive experience.
