Not what I paid for!!
Booked a Junior Suite, as I wanted a more spacier room. Checked in and to my horror my room was smaller that what I would call a normal room. Went to reception and explained the issue, and the gentleman went up and unlocked the door to the adjoining room, so my Junior Suite was 2 small rooms with connecting door. The property has 1 very slow lift which was fun at breakfast time. Breakfast ‘hot’ food was cold

Excellent hotel in a great location and a relatively good breakfast. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I have recommended this hotel for other travellers and if I stay in Lisbon again I will definitely be staying here.

This was a decent hotel in a decent location (proximity to downtown). Parking is a challenge in this area. The elevator was really bad and we had to take the stairs several times. Our bedding had multiple stains on it.

Decent 3 star experience.
Based on the fact that it's a 3 star hotel, our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, The shower was excellent, the bed comfortable and with shower gel and a hairdryer very practical as well. Excellent location(near metro), close to restaurants etc, all very good. The breakfast was reasonable, so all in all a good stay. But it was really the staff that made it a really good stay. My only negatives would be, only one lift and needs a bit of smartening up in a couple of places.

The Hotel is in a nice area and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is poor, cold eggs, dirty cutlery, nobody came to top up the dishes or clean the common areas where the food was, the tables to dine were dirty with leftover food from the previous table, don’t recommend eating breakfast there at all, it was gross. The room is basic, very small but did the job as we were just there for two day with our toddler. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bath towels are old but again clean, the bathroom has a lot of ware and tear. I won’t stay here again or will recommend here.

The staff were polite and very friendly. They also allowed us to leave our luggage even after checking out no problem. The location is great and they have a decent breakfast. However, the room was quite noisy, as the windows couldn’t fully close. The bathroom is also quite awkward. Its walls are made out of glass and there is no sound proofing. So, be mindful about it.

The room was clean and good. The noise level from outside traffic was very high pretty much during the whole night so I wore my noise cancelling headphones all night. I don’t think there is double glazing and they need that. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if there was a kettle to make tea/coffee as there is a fridge which I didn’t use ( would have been good for milk for tea/coffee but that wasn’t an option. )
