Good hotel but Reservation not in system
Despite confirming with the hotel over phone and mail our reservation and the need for a baby crib when we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation in the system! We ended up having to wait at the bar with a 7 month old for 45 minutes for them to resolve it. At least they could have covered our water and tea as goodwill. The hotel has been renovated and our room was comfortable.

Family overnight stay
Always a very good stay at this hotel. Location was perfect for us - easy access to metro, centre, airport and Benfica stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the newly renovated floors with a renovated room. Great that the hotel is investing in upgrades. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We booked the family rooms on the 5th and 6th floors and wow it was lovely and spacious for 2 people. Bathroom was huge and great lighting. Worth the money. Only downsides is that it’s not really in the centre although there are a few hotels on this road but nothing a 5min Uber into the town couldn’t fix. There were also building works and a lot of drilling in the mornings. However family friendly definitely worth the money as the hotel has an adult and a kids pool. I would stay here again :-)

The overall standard of the facilities was good. However I felt the dining facilities for evening meals was lacking. Access to Metro and Rail was only a short disance away. Overall with the outdoor swimming pool it was a great place to stay and relax.

Quiet and well maintained
Short stay to check out Lisbon. Well maintained hotel. Freshly updated. Beautiful design. Lovely staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Quiet. We did not use the pool as we were pressed for time, however it appeared to be a quiet/small space. Short Uber drive to the historic area. Shopping mall close by. The zoo is close as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room for a family of 4 was a bed and a pull out sofa and the mattress on the pull out was very hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel is nice but a/c was very weak, sinks and bathtubs wouldn’t drain and a metal piece from the bathroom ceiling fell and hit my daughter and husband in the head.

This is a 2.5 star hotel
The room looked as if it was frozen in the 70s…. Very dirty carpet, chair was very dirty, Hair in the bath, I had to tell my children to make sure they are not walking barefoot. It was sooo tiny. We were not informed that if parking in the basement we would be charged !! So were we 12 euros = 20$ Canadian Anyway I just really don’t think it is worth a 4 Star hotel at all, maybe 2.5

The Hotel is very family orientated, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is outside town centre and a few stops on metro or 10-15 min by taxi, Ubers are easy to use and relatively cheap in Portugal. There are only 5/6 restaurants within walking distance. The pool is small and hotel is on flightpath of airport nearby. Breakfast has good selection and reasonably priced as kids are free but adults pay more.
