Hotel is in an excellent location and at a very reasonable price point with very courteous staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast variety to boot. Would highly recommend!!!

Comfortable stay.
Comfortable stay. Great location to train station, bus, tram, metro, shopping and restaurants. Front entrance is a bit hard to find since there in no lobby. Reception is on 2nd floor Would stay here again.

O hotel é simples, compatível com o custo. No geral foi bom, com duas considerações: toalhas rasgadas e o barulho do pressurizados do banheiro que é bem incômodo. Além disso, uma coisa que já tínhamos lido nas avaliações antriores, a questão das escadas pode ser um incômodo para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ao ainda para carregar as malas. A localização é excelente, próximo a tudo de mais importante na área turística de Lisboa.

It's a very convenient location, with many options of public transportation. It's also walkable to the shore, San Jorge castle, and many attractions. The breakfast is pretty good. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Muito boa localização, e atendimento ótimo das meninas. Ficamos um pouco desconfiados com relação ao banheiro compartilhado, mas foi tranquilo, tem 4 por andar. Na praça da Figueira tem metrô na porta do hostel. Enfim, quando voltar a Lisboa ficarei novamente.

Good for students on budget
The property is very old - there is no lift which is a huge problem - furthermore, no porters are available to assist with luggage which we had to carry up four flights of stairs. Furthermore, the room is very small & the bathrooms etc. are shared and not inside the room. It is more like communal living. It was a mistake from our side to make the booking as we had a lot of luggage and did not research properly. On the positive side - if you are young, travel light and are on a budget then I recommend this hotel - the building is very old but it is right in the city center & despite the room being small it has a an amazing view from the 4th floor & a tiny balcony to relax.

Great hotel
We enjoyed our one night stay here. The location is great. As others have mentioned, there is no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We booked a room with a private bathroom. It looked recently remodeled and was very nice. We thought the bed was comfortable, firm and not soft. The space was a good size. We faced the square so it was a bit noisy in the morning when traffic picked up. Breakfast was included and it was more than pastries and coffee so we enjoyed it.

Good location, clean and nice personel. The reception on the second floor but no elevator. Hard with heavy luggage. Very long stairs! To hard beds and pillows for my taste. Breakfast ok.
