This hotel was great! And unexpectedly good value too. Room was clean and modern, with a full minibar stocked with free goodies (really). Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although there was no kettle in the room there was a great coffee machine in the lobby as well as cookies, herbal teas etc. Mornings there was a complimentary bar of various juices and bubbly, so every day started with Bellinis and Buck’s Fizz! Super central location within easy walking distance of great restaurants (we did Prado and Boi Cavalo, both excellent), as well as sights like Castelo de Sao jorge. Beautiful view right across the street as well a bustling (but not loud) outdoor bar. Local tram goes right outside the front of the hotel. It was a little difficult for our taxi to pick us up for the airport though as there was nowhere for them to park or pull over. We were expecting from the price for the hotel to be somewhere cheap and cheerful, and this totally exceeded our expectations. Would stay again.

Perfect location for a lovely stay in Lisbon. Smallish hotel in ideal location in Alfama district. Close to the castle and easily walkable to most areas of Lisbon. Right on the 28 tram tracks. Great staff and facilities. Nice rooms, if a little small. Views right across Lisbon to the river. Yummy breakfast and 24 hr free hot drinks. You even get a mural to look at during breakfast on the courtyard. Highly recommended.

LOVED this hotel and staff
We loved this hotel so much! Great breakfast, perfect location and a staff that was second to none. They helped with dinner reservations and anything we needed. Right outside the hotel is a hustle and bustle with shopping and restaurants steps away. Our room had an amazing sea view and balcony. Augusto is nearby and was the best brunch we had on our trip. Worth the visit!

Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful for any accommodation or question. Very clean and new rooms with great amenities and welcome gift from the staff. Very walkable location off of tram 28 within Alfama with a great gated terrace overlooking the water (where they close the gates at later hours for safety). Only downside is limited lunch and dinner menu with majority appetizers, but many restaurants nearby.
