The staff was helpful. The room did not have a desk or a chair. The property was not soundproof - the elevator was so loud it sounded like construction work, and you could hear people going up and down the stairs.

They asked us for more money at the check-in as provided by expedia in the reciept. Paid 4£extra per room. Also, the rooms had some foul smell and bathroom gates were not closing etc.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value and close to shopping and restaurants. A bit no-frills with no washcloths or cups in the rooms, but there was a kitchen that may have had cups. The rooms did not have hairdryers however, the front desk would supply one if needed.

Good locations and the staff in the early morning needs more training, We want to have breakfast around 8:00 am and he didn’t know the area and we just walk and found cafeteria in less them 200 meters and he didn’t tell us that they have a common kitchen on every floor for every body to use and our A/C fails on the last night.

Nice to have laundry but the washers were always full of housekeepings sheets and towels. The access to a kitchen was also nice. Having a bathroom not in the room was very inconvenient. And having skeleton keys in imprecise and noisy locks was a bother. The area is fine, especially the Cafe Deskina just across the street.
