Conveniently located artistic boutique hotel
Great, quirky boutique hotel in the heart of town. No lift so need to be aware of the many steps to reach your room with luggage. Not much assistance from staff. Breakfast limited. So, would book without this option as plenty of options to eat outside. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Little noisy as in town. But worth the location as it is so convenient.

This was a great property however there is a big BUT! The bed was awful, I have slept on mattresses on the floor in university that were more comfortable. It can also be a little noisy with the restaurant upstairs but my wife and myself are fine with a lively area. It would be a 5/5 if the bed was even remotely comfortable, it is close to restaurants, shopping, the staff was wonderful and the rooftop restaurant was great but the BED was terrible.

It's situated in the center of town, very beautiful! Genuine European breakfast, very tasty and the staff are quite friendly. Sadly, if you're old, the stairs are going to take a toll on you, especially if you are going to eat breakfast on the rooftop. Lastly, yet most importantly, the music is LOUD, from 9pm until after midnight... I like music, but damn, turn it down a notch.

Mixed feelings on this property. There is no lift. SO it wasn't ideal for my family of 4 to have to carry our suitcases to the third floor when we were hot and tired from travel. The rooftop breakfast was amazing. The views were fantastic. It is 7 or 8 stories up with no elevator. This isn't for everyone. The location is in the middle of a lot of shops and restaurants but on this street there is an abandoned building with some homeless people outside (they weren't bothering anyone) so this might not be ideal for everyone. The balcony is cute but tiny and at night it is loud. The shower was lovely but the whole room with one large bed and 2 small beds was super compact and tight. We had 1 night there which was fine for us but more than that and I would have left for somewhere else. This would be a good spot for a younger couple or friends traveling who don't mind the stair situation. But I didn't like it enough to write a review to warn others who may prefer another choice.

Great location for a stay in Lisbon. We only stayed overnight but it was super comfortable and quiet. Our room had Aircon which was a blessing amidst the summer heat. Didn't realise breakfast was included - it wasn't amazing but it was good and kept us going.

The hotel was well situated and we loved the rooftop bar/restaurant where you could have breakfast or dinner. One criticism is the amount of stairs. There was an elevator but it was out-of-order. The hotel did assist with luggage.

Comfy and pleasant stay.
The room was clean. Although it was not a huge suite, it was enough for a family of four to rest comfortably. Bathroom is spacious. We even got AC, which was surprising. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on roof-top was super with astounding view of the Castle Jorge and variety of choices. Abrigato!!

The Art Inn is ideally located for exploring downtown Lisbon, the rooms are well eqipped and the breakfast, served on the roof top restaurant, is excellent. Yes, there are lots of stairs to get to the rooms...but there are hills and stairs all over Lisbon...you soon get used to them. And the staff a very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would visit again.

The staff were very friendly and were helpful in accommodating for an early check-in as well as securing two cribs for us. The place is ideal considering it has multiple restaurants nearby (the property itself has a restaurant), Placa de Rossio is right around the corner, and a metro station is only a few min walking. Would stay here again.

Great location! Friendly staffs! There was only small issues with the airport pick up arrangement they offered. The Driver was terrible and dishonest. But Art inn hotel fixed that issue right away. We appreciate it! We would go back and stay at Art Inn hotel again!

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay at the art in! It was central to many things to walk to such as a Rossio Square, the elevator, and the commercio Square by the river port. We enjoyed the hotel very much! We certainly do appreciate the help with our luggage being taken to our fifth floor room. we did have to plan each day when we left the room to make sure to pack up everything we needed! We did not want to have to climb the stairs back to our room for something forgotten! The Buffet breakfast was plenty with many selections. The gourmet, coffee machine was superb! The staff, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooftop experience was beautiful!
