This hotel is very central in its location. It is a short walk from Cais Do Sodre station, which gives us easy access to the beaches and the airport by public transit. Many of the main tourist attractions and great restaurant options were walkable. There are grocery stores nearby that allow us to grab snacks and drinks. We appreciated the kitchenette for our family needs. The staff was great, they checked in with us regularly & were always prompt to respond to our needs. The double-panel glass did a great job of minimizing noise from Pink Street. However, the loud thumping sounds from the bar below were hard to ignore on some nights. The lodge does provide earplugs which were much appreciated. Most nights, we were so exhausted from exploring during the day that falling asleep was a non-issue for us.

Comfort in the heart of old Lisbon.
Just one night arriving in Lisbon, but this apartment hotel is well situated and vlose to lots of restaurants and bars a short walk from Commerce Square.

Prime location, beautiful hotel
Everything was amazing, would definitely come back. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city and catching the ferry. The room was spacious and clean, close to restaurants and bars.

Cais Urban Lodge was spectacular! Fabio was excellent throughout the check-in process and helped us store our bags until our room was ready. Once we got to our room, it was much larger than expected - a huge bonus!! Beautiful modern decor, plenty of space (bigger than a bedroom in most resorts), effective air conditioning, and more. We loved the hotel’s location too and can’t recommend it enough!

The room was stunning and beautifully decorated. Location was great but as a solo traveller wasn’t super comfortable wirh Pink Ave area at night. Convenient location. Staff were great! Shower didn’t drain and flooded bathroom but I’m sure that will be resolved.

We stayed in the apartment with balcony on the 6th floor and would highlight recommend this room. The view was beautiful and with the doors and skylight closed you couldn’t not hear pink street-even though we could see it. A fantastic option when you want a little extra space.

Really excellent service. Very communicative property. Met us at the door as we arrived from the train station. Walked us through the property. We had one issue which they resolved right away and communicated quickly. Really great area. The entire experience I highly recommend.
