Room faced the road - noisy garbage collection one night, someone accelerating their motorbike up the steep hill outside another. Otherwise great location, room, friendly staff makes this hotel excellent value for money - ask for a rear facing room and it would be perfect.

Great location and excellent service. The rooms are "cozy". My room had a bed and a small stool. Plenty for me alone. It may have been a challenge with two people. The bathroom was approximately 4 feet deep by 11 feet wide. The shower was plenty big for me (not always the case in Europe). An issue may arise with the bathroom being a frosted glass was with a sliding glass door. This amplifies sound and does not offer a lot of visual privacy. If you are in a relationship that, "keeps the mystery alive", you may want to use the facilities in shifts. The lobby is quite nice and would be a good place to be out of the room if needed. Everything was decorated very nicely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

The staff, property and amenities were top! Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the welcome glass of port wine was a plus! Shout out to all staff there for their impeccable service! Room was stunning and beautiful!

Clean and convenient stay in Lisbon
Stayed one night before a flight. Very comfy but didn’t realize our room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. The young man who checked us in assisted us with our luggage up the stair. Breakfast was from 8-11, which we were sorry we missed as we had to leave for the airport earlier. Several nice restaurants close by and easy to walk to. Wish o had another day there.

The staff was very kind and helpful even though we arrived before our check-in time. Everyone at this hotel works hard to make it a great experience. Perfect location for walking around Lisbon and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was nice - delicious coffee and food options.

We enjoyed our stay at Urbano. We had the superior room and paid more for the extra space. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor so we had to carry bags one floor. The shower was slow to drain. Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent location - walkable distance to Praca do comercio. Lots of restaurants nearby. It is relatively on flat terrain. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and comfortable beds. There isn't any laundry service in the hotel though.

Good hotel close to dining options and close to port area. Easy stroll into town or Barreo area. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine and coffee available in lobby all day no charge. Would stay there again.
