Birthday City Break

The hotel failed to meet all of our expectations the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Restless nights begin to have a toll on us which impacted on us the following days it was horrible because there was no option of a different bed or upgrade to a better room. We had a four night stay for a birthday city break and had the breakfast buffet twice the food was ok but not great however, there was a wide variety to choose from which was good. The location was not too bad providing you have a hired car to get out and about. Without a car public transport is not that great. The hotel looks lovely and welcoming and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel does not provide guest with information with places of interest but the staff we're able to give advice of places they thought was nice and we followed this advice and we saw some truly amazing historical places and places of worship. What would have made it better for us, if the beds and pilows were more comfortable, modern TV in the room, room 126 sofa needs throwing away it brings down the representation of the hotel and we was shocked to see it there in it's terrible condition. Overall we had to score it a 2 mainly because of the beds. A good night sleep is important and if the hotel does not recognise that then it's a real shame. Had we slept well we would have had more energy to see more of this fantastic city.

Great for airport and expo site

Great stay with friendly staff and nice pool. Value bust and few mins walk to cheap local bar restaurant. At less than 50 euros with breakfast this was a fabulous place to stay with an 11 year old and just a 10 min drive to the river front area work science museum oceanarium and cable car. 10 mins to airport for a 6am check in was great too.

Short stay

Whilst we were staying for one night prior to our early morning flight from Lisbon airport. The hotel was ideally placed for just this requirement Just 6.5 miles from the airport and a 15minute drive Just follow IC2 to the airport.

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Good but far from the city

The hotel is fine. I would go there again if it was not far from the downtown. If you go there you can best reach the town over train to Oriente and from there by the underground. Nevertheless it is a 30 min travel.

Excellente nuit

Excellente nuit au sein de cet hôtel Chambre Propre, soignée, la literie et les draps sont de grande qualité Les demandes particulières ont été respectées : lit bébé propre et soigné, une bouilloire était a disposition parfait pour le biberon de bébé Piscine et chaises longues très appréciables Rapport qualité prix imbattable Je recommande vivement

bon hotel

chambre spacieuse, propre, restaurant agréable, accueil chaleureux. Hotel situé dans une zone industrielle, mais à proximité de tout. Il faut louer un véhicule et ça roule!!!!
