We arrived at 1am and we were exhausted we all went straight to bed and slept. We woke up and noticed the bed the boys were in sheets had a big stain on it appeared to be body fluid.

When I checked in, I found out that the pool was not available. The toilet was running in the bathroom. They had no plates at breakfast. They had to send a staff to Walmart to get plates. No coffee downstairs, and the Keurig in my room was not working and when I called they said someone was coming to look at it. When I checked out at 10am, no one had come. I was over it already.

The staff was wonderful but unfortunately the room wasn’t so great. They need to upgrade the rooms especially the bathroom. They didn’t have any towels and I had to go get some from front desk because the phone line not wasn’t working. The shower the drain was clogged and the shower was like a swimming pool. It was also dirty. Where the shampoo, body wash were at it looked like it was hanging and it must of fail off and they just left it on the side. It’s dangerous because it still had the metal attached around it and it could fall off and cut you.

Worn and needs to be renovated
This is a hotel that definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and stale. For example the shower did not work properly. The desk chair was very worn. There are three other hotels right next to this one, they all looked much better even though two were built at the same time as this one.

Motel is in a good location. For the most part kept up well but for example shower curtain rod needs to be remounted. It looks like maids pull down to detach and thus curtain only hangs on half of it. Breakfast was good except pancake maker was broken which kids love and for some reason they only had spoons for breakfast. Manager should have thought outside the box and driven the two miles to walmart and picked up forks and knives rarher than just leaving employees to say we are waiting on a truck.

This place need to be remodeled
Its run down and ghetto. Management was wearing long white tshirts and jean knee shorts with jordans as shoes. Noone was dressing in business attire. The hallways was freaking hot! Tubs dirty. Internet wifi not even operable and then dudnt want to conpensate just bc i booked through hotels.com so im going to start bioking through hotel dorectly so i can get a free night stay when stuff like this happens. Breakfast was even cold and dribk dispenser broken (door wont close).
