Interesting clutter free decor. Large bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. L Warning; A lot of the furnishings are hard surfaces which could play havoc on your hearing aids IF you wear one. However IF you are a lipreader, the lighting is good in most areas which is good, Nice hotel but a little expensive.

Beautiful premices, perfect location, friendly staff. A bit noisy at night due to the corridor not being well sound proofed. Shower a bit difficult to operate.

Beautiful hotel we’ve stayed here before, booking in was easy and straightforward as was the checking out, breakfast was tasty and varied, couldn’t fault it really. Now for the negative side of things, we accidentally left a birthday card in the room on the desk with a sum of money in it for our nieces 18th birthday, we rang the hotel to ask them to look for it, they said it wasn’t anywhere to be found, well we definitely didn’t have it, so that could only mean that there are dishonest people working for the hotel, how could a large birthday card just disappear so quickly? Maybe the hotel need to be stricter with their policies regarding their staff?

Beautiful Hotel in a brilliant location.

Pros: Decor, Cleanliness.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. The decor and layout of the rooms are fantastic. The food is second to non.
