Family stay - Not the best

The lobby area etc was clean and tidy however I was disappointed with the room there was a sounds of running water all night in the bathroom, the air conditioning/heating not working and the shower was more of a trickle of water. When I complained the receptionist said sorry! Only having booked 3 rooms I felt this was an appalling response!

The room was ready on time. Beautiful room. Fantastic views over the docks. Very helpful staff. Didn’t eat in restaurant but looked good.
