Saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked bit before I stayed. Was pretty nervous. Have to say though I was very happy with the place. I stayed in apartment 37, and though there was definitely a smell in the bathroom, dodgy drains etc, fixed this problem pretty much by giving the toilet a good bleaching. The freezer was heavily frozen over, I'm guessing it wasn't closing properly. Beyond those issues though I would recommend this place, views are pretty unbeatable in Liverpool, I loved being able to see across the Mersey and to the Liver Building. I did pay for a late checkout which was seemingly forgotten about causing some annoyance for me, so yeah communication needs improving. Didn't get a text to give check in info til 2:45pm but I'm guessing they do this deliberately to avoid anyone checking in early. All in all, a good stay though and I'd stay again.

Apartment was left dirty on arrival, crumbs on the floor. stains & marks everywhere, dust over the bed, cigarette burns on the sofa, holes in the walls, chipped woodwork on the frames of the doors, unhygienic yellow stained fridge that smelt. Hair left in the bowls in the cupboard. The list goes on… DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. Nothing has been resolved till this day
