Property was good, communication with the main reservation area was not. Couldn’t get into the hotel car park so parked where advised which was not closest as advised by hotel reception. Location is great by Liverpool one and the docks.

Fantastic location - close to the Albert Docks and also Liverpool 1.
Studio room was perfect for the 2 of us and it was lovely to have a kitchenette.
Place was spotless and staff were extremely helpful.
What a lovely hotel for a wonderful city! Special shout out to Ismael for making our stay welcoming and warm! I will be back in town April 2025, and will be booking with Staycity 😊
It was like an extended stay place with little kitchen and other extra amenities. I like the quietness and breakfasts area . I recommend it for my friends.
So very satisfied with our two night stay. Highly recommended

Was nice, but a bit dated
The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The television was old and needed retuning. The toilet had a continuous run of water which can't be good for the environment. It would have been nice if the bins had been emptied as we filled up the food waste bin. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. But the hotel could do with a spruce up. I.e. Newer TV etc
