Last minute booking , hotel staff went above and beyond on our stay . Couldn’t do enough for us and our 2 kids . Really made us feel welcome . The bar & restaurant was really nicely set out . The pork scratchings was the hit for one of our boys and me . A very fun & friendly hotel . The size of the room was great for us 4 . Very good value for money and location was fabulous. Thank you again we would definitely stay with you again :)

The hotel is an older building but the rooms looked quite fresh. The bed was comfortable. There was some noise from outside earlier in the evening but I wasn't disturbed in the night. One downside is that they don't serve breakfast in the week, only at weekends, but I went to the cafe opposite and enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

Hotel was in a convenient location, view of the river, easy check in, big size room nice and airy! Good shower. Clean and tidy! Decoration could do with some work and TV had no signal so couldn't watch it, but all together good value for money!

Family break.
The room was good, more than adequate for what we needed. Itbwas above a pub so you could hearcthe music from downstairs but it didnt go on too late. The tv didn't work but we weren't that bothered. The staff were nice and welcoming when we arrived and nothing seemed too much for them.

It was far better than expectations. On a no through road so it was quiet.Free car parking nearby and only 10 minutes walk from New Brighton Railway station. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Great food reasonably priced. Loved it :)

The staff are an absolute credit. Welcoming helpful and informative. On site restaurant food served promptly and hot. Hotel itself is slightly tired but do not let this deter you as the rooms have very comfy beds and pillows, great shower loads of piping hot water with complementary toiletries, bottled waters coffee teas galore, extra heater if required, hairdryer, iron and board, the list of extras are endless. The staff simply can not do enough for you and work to ensure your absolute comfort. We are looking forward to staying again soon thank you for a very pleasant stay. Toiletries

Nice clean room with fresh towels and bathroom was nice,, bedding was clean and fresh,, tv remote didn’t work properly and the tv was very small,, hot water from the shower took a while to heat up!! Entertainment finished at 12am but then music continued for a while,, noise from nearby pubs went on til afta 2am in the morning.
