LIVORNO: What a Surprise!!!
Our stay in Livorno has truly surpassed all of our expectations. We have really loved staying in this wonderful apartment, it really did feel like our home during the month that we stayed and appreciated the amenities that it provided us. We came to realize that this apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Livorno with many local conveniences like the PAM Supermarket and Bakery just 100 meters away. Fabrizio and Patrizia are very warm and thoughtful hosts.

Livorno and the Sea
The apartment was as we expected from the several photographs posted. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming, showed us the apartment and explained some of the features that we needed for our 2 month stay. Both he and his wife were very gracious in recommending some of the sites in Livorno worth a visit such as the various museums and the Sanctuary in Montenero, a short bus ride from the center. Te apartment was situated near mini supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and close to the shopping areas. All in all we have very much enjoyed our stay in Livorno, certainly worth a stay for awhile.

City living by the sea
Great location in lovely neighbourhood close to all amenities - grocery, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. Walk to seaside. Beautiful long boardwalk and port side views. Watch the ships, yachts, and sailboats come and go. Small enough city to walk to everything, good bus transportation if necessary. Close to Pisa and Lucca and Florence and other towns of interest. Very friendly and open people.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is light and airy. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has practically everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a small balcony that looks out over the back with views of gardens. There is a well stocked supermarket close by and 6 minutes away is a nice square with a selection of cafes, one sell a fabulous array of pastries. We really enjoyed staying here and Fabrizio was a very responsive host even took me to the station.

Fabrizio was a great host and the apartment was so clean and beautiful. A great location and great facilities. Fabrizio has everything you need. The balcony is beautiful and so is the bathroom. The walk to the port is only 10-15 minutes and the walk into the centre of town is only 10 minutes away. Livorno is a great city and this was a great apartment. Only two small criticisms: 1. The WiFi wasn’t working properly, I think the password was wrong? 2. In the internet listing I though there would be three separate bedrooms, but there are only two separate bedrooms. Apart from that it was lovely,

Wonderful hosts!
The hosts live in the building and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!! The apartment is very comfortable and has all of the amenities one could want. Close to groceries, shops, restaurants. Livorno is an underrated community!

A very big apartment
We always look for a big apt. and this is the biggest ever,and beautifully furnished.The location is good for food/wine shopping and for the local buses---which all should try.This was important as for us oldies as the sites were too far to walk.Fabrizio is a good host. In the extreme heat of the holiday (42c) we would have appreciated air conditioning.The small oven is 'small'.Otherwise 5 stars.

Beautiful large appartment
My friend and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful, well equiped appartment.It`s close to the bus stop in a quiet area.There`s a supermarket at the end of the street.Fabrizio welcomed us and gave us great tips for getting around and places to go.I can warmly recommend staying at this location.

An authentic Italian apartment - delightful!
This is an absolutely wonderful apartment with every amenity thought of by Fabrizio. The furnishings and all the facilities are first class and we really felt at home from the moment we arrived. Fabrizio is a great host and was available for any query we had although we certainly had no complaints. It is an ideally situated property for access to all areas of Livorno. We didn't have a car but it wasn't really necessary as public transport is available. We definitely recommend a visit to this property.

A very tastefully designed and furnished apartment.
Fabrizio was a great host and was always available to offer information which enhanced our stay. At the end of our stay he drove us to the train station which was a great help. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay in it again. The rooms were all tastefully furnished to a very high standard and the attention to detail was most noticeable. There was a sense of quality about the place from the beautiful solid wood floors to the perfect tiling in the bathroom. The apartment is full of small details like little frescos above the doors and carefully applied gold coloured lines which enhance the appearance of the door openings. Fabrizio is an architect and his experience and training are certainly reflected in the finished product. The apartment has a lovely balcony which overlooks a well tended garden. Perfect for breakfast and then a glass or three of wine in the evening. All the rooms are generously proportioned and the kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen drawer contains, among lots of other essential items, an implement which may be used to extract the innards from a courgette - or maybe not. I really should have asked Fabrizio. In conclusion, probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

Fantastic apartment close to the centre of livorno
The apartment was large and spacious with all the amenities needed for a great 2 week stay Fabrizio was a fantastic host and provided everything necessary for our stay including bedding for our 2 year old girl. He was readily available to answer any questions should they arise. The apartment was clean throughout and easily accessible from the city.

Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in central location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It's well-furnished, has a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and plenty of dishes and utensils. It's also in a good, central location, within an easy walk to cafes and shops. Fabrizio, the owner, was extremely helpful, with suggestions for restaurants, local sights, etc. We were sorry to leave and would like to. stay there again in the future!

Wir sind das dritte Mal hier in dieser Ferienwohnung von Patrizia und Fabrizio. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Umgebung ist super, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Bars, Restaurants, usw… Die Ausflugsziele Pietrasanta, Florenz oder Viareggio sind sehr schön. Fabrizio und Patrizia sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und immer für Fragen offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Patrizia und Fabrizio. Daniela und Fred Die

Großzügige Stadtwohnung im 1. Stock mit Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern und Fliegengittern an den wichtigsten Fenstern. Der Stellplatz ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie der nächste Supermarkt.

Unsere Appartments war wunderschön, sehr sauber / toll italy style eingerichtet.. ( mache selbst Luxus Interieurs) . Es war alles da was wird gebraucht. We had a great time in Fabrizio´s apartment in Livorno. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beautifully decorated, very clean and also has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This deserves a top rating without any doubt!
