This property is not only a magnificent home, but an art gallery with sculptures and paintings to spend a long time observing and enjoying. These works of art also represent an immersive experience in the history of the town and that of its now deceased owner: sculptor, painter and author of all of them. Lux Houses Experience has collaborated in the rehabilitation of this villa with the idea that your holidays on the Costa Brava are also full of art.

We suggest you enjoy the Costa Brava in an idyllic place. A territory that offers endless possibilities for fun and well-being, a unique house, full of light, life and spirituality.

This Villa, very close to the beach, has a large garden with a children's play area, chill-out and swimming pool, ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets while enjoying a barbecue dinner. The interior of the house consists of two large living rooms, one of them with a magnificent television (Netflix included) and high-speed Wi-Fi. There are four bedrooms plus an impressive suite with a dressing room, as well as three bathrooms (one of them with a whirlpool bath) and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden.
