Best place to be!

It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place.

Nice Place - could do with a SPA Massage Menu

It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen.

Immer noch gut aber war auch schon besser

Dies war unser 3. Aufenthalt im Dorint. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nun ein „grünes“ Hotel sei. Die Zimmer würden nicht mehr täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher nicht mehr täglich gewechselt. Dagegen ist absolut nichts einzuwenden. Dass wir dann aber die Betten umgemacht vorgefunden haben als wir vom Tagesausflug zurückgekehrt sind, fanden wir in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse unpassend. Dass in allen Bereichen Personal eingespart wurde, war augenfällig und leider auch bemerkbar.

Wir haben 6 tolle, erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank möchten wir an Michelle (Step1/Step2 😉) und das restliche Team im Restaurant aussprechen, die uns jeden Abend bedient haben. Bezüglich einer Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit, konnte uns schnell eine Alternative angeboten werden. Hier auch ein großes Lob an den Koch, den das Essen war immer sehr gut. An Fata die jeden Morgen einen mit ihrer herzlichen Art zum Frühstück empfangen hat und an Melissa an der Reception. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal am Locarno See Urlaub machen.
