Love this place

Speedy check in and a fantastic room with a great shower, bathrobe and a free rubber duck. Breakfast was also good with fresh continental and hot breakfast ordered from a menu - all staff were very pleasant

Bed hard as a brick; otherwise great

If you have difficulty sleeping on a hard, brick-like mattress, then you'll need to find another hotel. Also, the hotel is showing its age. The windows created so much condensation that rivers and lakes of water would form on the sill and spill over daily. It's unfortunate, as otherwise this hotel is staffed with wonderful employees and is situated in the utmost perfect location. I also loved how big the bathroom was and that it had both a shower and a separate tub! And the guest experience at check-in and upon entering the room was perfect. I also loved the free biscuits, coffee and hot chocolate available everyday in-room. I would love to stay here again, but cannot. The lack of bed and mattress comfort is one hundred percent a deal breaker.
