Stayed here Valentines weekend. Lovely hotel room. Modern and clean. Staff very helpful and complimentary glass of prosseco or orange juice on arrival. Think due to valentines. Area accessible to everywhere easily. We enjoyed good nights sleep no noise heard from hotel or outside. Online check in and out available.

The staff were accommodating and the location is perfect. The only downside to it was how cold the room was. I mentioned it but it never got sorted. That doesn’t change the lovely time I had. Would visit again

Birthday treat

Amazing stay. I booked this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and the room was gorgeous and comfy. It was lovely and quiet but convenient for getting around London. We were upgraded to a suit and given 2 free drinks vouchers and chocolate. The big bath and shower was a treat, especially with sanctuary products. The breakfast was delicious and very generous for the money! I would definitely book again!

Great hotel near Liverpool Street

This is an excellent hotel. We were there on a weekend which meant it was quiet. We were offered a free upgrade. The room itself was lovely, really clean with everything we needed. The handwritten note when we arrived was a lovely touch. We will be making this our regular hotel when we stay in London

Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful hotel! Quiet area which we appreciated. Complementary upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated and made to feel very welcome. Room was super, very comfy bed and amenities spot on!

small incident happens

it was generally good ,I’m a regular customer to this hotel , yesterday 27th Jan , I left my room and returned by 3 pm , but the room was not cleaned every thing as it is , called the receptionist but she was giving me crazy excuses, like I didn’t ask and the cleaners are busy cleaning the corridors, she was supposed to say sorry , I will send someone now , but she was a bit un cooperative.

The people at the hotel were great. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The room TV was utterly useless, and makes you cast everything from your mobile device. They do not offer any sort of local TV whatsoever. The problem with this is that I'm from another country, and none of my streaming apps worked as a result. So, I was just unable to watch TV in my downtime.
