No lift , unassisted with luggage up to 3rd floor. Pathetic , terrible staff

A total waste of time taking uk to the stafff here Especially after booking g. Is Expedia and ebookers. The reservations are terrible they try and blam ebookers ior Expedia. Also our crew spent one night here and they got bitten bitten by bed bugs. Avoid at all costs as they have a no change or cancellation policy. Also evbokers are no good to sort out a u situation.

Does what it says on the tin

If you're looking for a cheap and simple place to lay your head for the night in a very expensive part of London, this does the job. The private rooms are very good value compared to a hotel in the area. Unlike the reviewer who expected their bags to be carried to their room, you should ally your expectations with your wallet.

Worst room that I stay in my life.I do not recomand.for 70£ I get a bed,one chair and a mouse trap under the bed.no toilet,no showers.

Very nice and affordable

Pros: Staff were very nice
Cons: Maybe tv room needs a bit of work
Location: Great location close to subway
We booked the double room and weren;t really expecting much from it, we were surprised to come in and see a lovely little room that was quite comfy
