It was fine for a solo 1 night stay . Bathroom had a cigarette smell, no elevator, shower drained extremely slowly.

The property doesn’t have a reception where they can watch your luggage. They use a 3rd party app where you have to pay 4-5€, much different than other places I’ve travelled to. The hotel is in a quiet area.

Tired but convenient
A tired hotel in need of urgent renovation. Three was a strong unpleasant smell of weed. At the end of the day it provided a bed for the night in the middle of London

Warm and clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was quiet at night. The facilities are basic but you get what you pay for. If you just want somewhere to sleep without much fuss at a reasonable price then it’s ideal.

Never again. What a disgrace.
From start to finish the hotels were terrible. Hotel 1. Uneven broken floor, bedside cabinet falling off the wall, poo in the toilet, tv falling off the wall, no hot water in the shower and shower train overflowing. So they changed us to a sister hotel. 2nd hotel room 1 Wet carpet, damp and mouldy walls, marks all over walls, Hard mattress, no hot water in the shower and shower tray over flowing and to hanging off the wall. 2nd hotel room 2 Marks all over wall, no tv aerial, tv hanging off the wall, marks all over the wall, no way to keep the window open, shower worked though. Also, knew I was disabled but put us on the third floor!

Very helpful staff
The hotel was quite cheap and so limited in facilities, eg there was no hangar or place to hang my suit in the room and no tea/coffee. However it was clean and bed was fine. Best of all was the service. The receptionist when I arrived was friendly and helpful but best of all, I had to ask the overnight staff member for help with something in the middle of the night and the staff member spent over an hour solving it for me - above and beyond what I could have expected
