The best thing about this hotel is that the parking is free. You are free to leave your car and travel London via the underground. The nearest tube station is about 15 min walk. The hotel is basic but I went during the COVID 19 crisis therefore giving everything the benefit of doubt

Good location to visit Alexandra Palace (15/20 min drive) has a free shuttle service to nearest tube. Has parking too which is rare (not loads of spaces but we got one).

My brother and I stayed here for a week! The friendly was very nice & accommodating. Check in wasnt until 2 pm and we arrived there at 12pm after a 7 hour flight and 1 hour and 15 minuted tube/bus commute from heathrow airport, & they let us go into our room. When we checkedout, they also stored our bags for us. I have nothing bad to say about the property. If you are vacationing in London, just be aware that the hotel is a bit far from the touristy things, but luckily the public transportation is all close bye. The 113 toward Oxford Circus is located in from of the hotel & is easy to take to tourist spots like Camden Market. The 260 is around the corner that takes you to Golders Green station (where the tubes) are location. So I’m the hotel was located near public transportation. Overall, very nice staff and clean hotel. We loved coming home after a long day of walking to a clean room and nicely made beds.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the room was nice. The Executive double was smaller than I realised. The breakfast was amazing and delivered to the room! The service has some room for improvement as I mentioned there was only 1 bathrobe, but a second was not delivered. The shower was a bit tired as the holder didn’t work any longer. The mini fridge didn’t get replenished and neither did the toiletries for the 2nd night. Road noise is a nuisance! Overall a pleasant stay.

On booking no indication that there was an all night party going on. At check in no mention. We were accommodated directly above where the party took place. Very very loud and bass shaking and rattling the room and surrounds. The music and noise went on to after 3.00am. I am not sure that I will be using a model that I pay upfront In future as I wasn’t able to check out. To add insult to injury I was asked at the reception if I had a good stay!!!
