Bugs and no refund!
There had been a room professionally sprayed for bug activity. The Manager had the front desk lady lie about the bugs. The room was next to so I asked for a refund for the remaining days I had booked and the Manager denied it and wouldn’t contact me. I will never stay here again and definitely be spreading the word.

Have stayed here a lot in the past but seeing some wear and tear. Carpet main floor should be replaced and pool surround needs scrubbing. Booked for 3 adults but had to ask for more towels as only got enough for 2. No towels in pool area and no soap by the pool side shower.

We stayed on the ground floor near the lobby and could hear guests throughout the night. A fire/ separation door might help to alleviate noise coming down the hall.

Decent hotel, but: 1. Wifi was intermittent 2. Room was damp, carpet was damp 3. 3 of the 4 the EV chargers did not work 4. The breakfast options are very limited and bland 5. The hotel room we had was very dated The staff was really friendly and helpful! Location is good too.
