The hotel is a very good location only 10 mins walk from Marylebone train station, easy to find and in a quiet and safe area. The area is also surrounded of restaurants and shops. Roughly 25 mins to soho and most of attractions are close by 45 mins walk maximum. Breakfast was delicious with sausages, boiled and fried eggs, beans , bacon , ham , cheese and salami followed by croissants, muffins , jams , chocolate spread and bread. Coffe and soya or almon milk are on the counter too, with some juice and fresh fruit.
Our room was big enough but I found a bit odd that our room had a fire exit door in the room. If you have the heating ON there is the noise of the fan which is very annoying and the carpet wasn’t very clean. We only had a small hand towel instead of one each and didn’t had coffe pods. (We had to ask for it but the gentleman at the desk was very kind and handed us different ones) .
The bedside was moved like someone has been in there and in the shower there were couple of dark hair , not very pleasant.
So in terms of cleaning I would say that is average.
We were also able to store our luggage there for the day without issues. Everyone was kind , the check in was smooth and quick and the checkout too.
