It's a budget hotel, therefore it was adequate for my needs. Positives - easy check in, great location, excellent price, decent bed/clean bedding, well maintained communal areas. Negatives - Lock broken on the room, Room smelled of and had damp/mould, leaking shower.

This property is excellent value for money we paid £40 for the night. however the bed was terrible the bathroom sink tiny. The toilet seat broken. The shower in terrible condition a great location with ample on street parking. With a little tlc would be nice. But if you just need a place to sleep give it a whirl

There was poo smeared all over the outside of the toilet. The shower seal had broken and the room flooded. The water ruined all of my clothes and my only pyjamas were soaking wet. The staff told me to use a hair dryer to dry my clothes!! And told me to open the window to vent the room out, as I told him I had asthma and couldnt stay in the room. I asked him for another room and he refused, and told me to open the windows to help with my asthma!! I left and had to find another hotel as it was a health hazard. And this was late at night. My posessions were destroyed. It ruined my weekend as I had no dry clothes. The room was noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable. And the springs dug into my legs. I had to put a pillow under my legs. Dreadful and grim hotel. Should be closed down.

When I got to my room the tv did not work the window there wil as a massive gap that just let the cold in the was ivy and branches growing through the gaps in the window which I was getting bugs on me all night so could not sleep and the staff was very rude when I went to complain about it and did nothing to resolve the issue so I would like a refund

The stay was for my daughter and her friend. They felt unsafe as were unable to lock the bedroom door, it looked like there was a two way mirror and a camera present in the room also which made them feel very vulnerable. They chose to remain fully clothed in their coats and didn’t really sleep throughout the night.

Horrific hotel, ended up booking another hotel after the 2 rooms they tried giving me in the basement, TVs dont work if your lucky to have one , freezing draft in room, dirty, no WIFI, id have rather stayed in fritzels basement, do not step foot in this place !!!

The exterior of the property looked rather nice but was slightly let down by the interior. The photos made the rooms look alright but I found it to be relatively cold with a lot of cosmetic damage throughout (which wasn't an issue for my stay, I just thought it is worth mentioning). The bed was not very comfortable and I found myself barely able to sleep. However, the soon was a nice size to be able to store my things and not feel crowded. The price was cheap when compared to that of other establishments I looked at but for the price I paid I expected a little better. Overall an experience rated between poor and average. It wasn't great but it did the job of giving me somewhere to stay so I can't really rate any lower.

The room was so cold. Heating not on. There was a bad smell of damp from the second the door opened. There was a leak on thr bathroom floor, which was obviously causing the damp smell. The damp in the air made the room feel even colder. I developed a cough in the room which passed shortly after i left. Really poor conditions. I would never visit again, nost uncomfortable night have had in a hotel

Satisfied for one day/night stay. Basic but very affordable for a single room with no issues apart the room feeling a bit cold due to no heating. Not sure if due to heating season not starting yet or other reason. Reasonably clean, toilet, hot water, towel, soap and hair dryer provided. Comfortable and warm during sleeping though since the duvet was thick enough. Quiet environment and area. Close to Victoria coach station.
